We’ll step in, review the situation, and if it’s confirmed undelivered, you’ll get a refund. Vendors who miss deliveries may face penalties, so reliability matters here.

If your lasagna turned into a lemon tart (it happens), or something just isn’t right with your order, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll work with you and the vendor to find a solution, whether that’s a partial refund or a replacement. Vendors are rated on accuracy and quality, so reviews keep everyone honest.

We take food quality and hygiene seriously. If your order is stale, unsafe, or doesn’t match the description, report it within 24 hours. We’ll mediate between you and the vendor and may issue a partial or full refund depending on the evidence. Vendors who don’t meet standards risk suspension from the platform.

As much as we’d love to hand out free brownies on every corner, Kindle Kitchen isn’t a sampling platform. All orders are placed and paid for through the site. That said, some of our vendors offer smaller-sized orders so you can try before committing to a big feast. Look out for those options in their menus!
