Terms & Conditions – 7-Piece Cast Iron Pot Set Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The competition is hosted by Kindle Kitchen (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period
   The competition opens on the date of publication and closes at 23:59 on 28 February 2026. No entries received after this time will be considered.

3. Eligibility

   • The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.

   • Employees of Kindle Kitchen, its partners, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   To qualify for entry into the competition, participants must:

   • Sign up for an account on the Kindle Kitchen platform, and

   • Place a valid order through the Kindle Kitchen website before 28 February 2026.

   Only completed and paid orders placed within the competition period will be considered valid entries.

5. Entry Limit
   Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Multiple orders may result in multiple entries.

6. Prize

   • The prize is a 7-piece cast iron pot set.

   • The colour of the prize may differ from the colour shown in promotional material.

   • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.

   • The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition closing date.

   • The winner will be contacted using the details provided during sign-up.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

   • The prize will be delivered to a South African address provided by the winner.

   • Kindle Kitchen will not be responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details.

9. General

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • Kindle Kitchen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time for reasons beyond its control.

   • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Marketing & Publicity
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Kindle Kitchen may use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Data Protection
    Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Kindle Kitchen’s Privacy Policy.
