I have learnt the essence of giving the needed time to each ingredient pairs very well to the atmosphere and setting of the room each client dines in.
I can cater to the masses,small and individual settings,i love doing canepes,love to explore full buffets as well as my favorite being within a busy Ala carte kitchen.
